The room was beautifully designed and kept exceptionally clean, and the hotel amenities were excellent. However, the Taj Amer stands out from other five-star hotels due to the staff dedicated to providing a personalised experience for their guests. For my birthday, they not only framed a picture of my partner and me to mark the occasion, but they helped my partner orchestrate a heartwarming surprise that exceeded both our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Shashthavi, Priyanshi, Kunal, and Shahi for making our stay so incredibly special. We hope to return to the Taj Amer during our next visit to Jaipur!

We also had dinner in both restaurants, which were amazing! We’re so grateful for the wonderful experience and can’t wait to return.

Overall experience was fantastic, loved how Sakshi was at hand to interact and make our stay very comfortable along the way. Karan at the Archary was super, the pool was fantastic, the hi tea was brilliant and the guys at the breakfast were outstanding as was the breakfast with loads of options. The Spa facilities were outstanding with brilliant, qualified and considerate therapists.

There is a restaurant serving American cuisine, and free private parking is available. The palace was very nice, everything was clean. They had live music, shows, swimming pool. The restaurant was serving good quality food. But the best part was the stuff, extremely helpful. They booked for us the safari, train ticked etc. Very nice stay

Everything was presented with a smile and beautiful gesture. We had the privilege to experience the royal treatment and being pampered while staying here. I rented a lehenga to take photos in this premise to capture these beautiful memories. The breakfast and meals here are generous and delicious. The rooftop infinity pool, steam room and gym are great to unwind and relax. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Bikaner.
