I was traveling with my mom (in her 70s), the hotel staff was super helpful and offered all assistance. Though a hard core non vegetarian I loved the vegetarian fare that the hotel had to offer!

The UNESCO World Heritage Site of the iconic Taj Mahal is 2 km. Concierge Narenda went above and beyond in helping to make our short stay a wonderful experience. With limited time he was able to arrange airport transfer upon arrival in Agra as well as transfer to Delhi airport for our departure. In addition, he arranged a guide and driver for the Taj Mahal. Our driver, Mr. Singh, was very professional, friendly and helpful. We were completely comfortable and pleased with all our journeys. The guide, Faraz, was an excellent choice. He made sure we got the right entrance tickets, provided 'skip the line' access which saved us time, and shared his knowledge about the Taj as we explored. He also made sure we had our own free time as well. Check-in was efficient and courteous. Our room was comfortable and clean. Our meals breakfast and dinner were plentiful and good. We would stay here again and highly recommend.
