They had someone at our villa to greet us and show us how everything worked in the villa. Prior to arriving they contacted us. The communication was impeccable. We felt very comfortable about arriving late because of the incredible service. The best part about the entire stay in Villa Magia was the people that work for the owners as well as the owners themselves. Their service to towards their clients was probably one of the best ex experience I've had in my 60 years. Thank you for a fabulous day. The girls enjoyed every minute of it.

The hotel is very well situated, with a beautiful view to the sea. The breakfast was very good with the gorgeous view. The staff are very kind, everybody make you feel very confortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well kept. Good spa and gym.

This luxurious 5-star hotel features elegantly furnished rooms with a terrace and sea views. it's been more than a wonderful stay. after hundred curves on the road, when we reached the property, our tiredness had gone in the wind. Chilling out at the balcony near the sunset time was superb. big green olives (super delicious) were served along with the welcome drink... with the comfortable live music. that was very bellisimo welcoming moment. we love loads of things there... we love the location with very convenient boat shuttle and car shuttle to the town. we love fitness both indoor and outdoor under the lemon trees... with the bicycle facing the ocean cliff... it is very beautiful sunlight around 4-5PM too. we love concierge suggesting delicioso ristorante and menus. we love staff welcoming and helping everything we need. we love the breakfast full of variety of menus and ingredients, we had wonderful 4 BF meals. we love wine tasting with sommelier who also has knowledge of olive oil tasting too. we love the rabbit menu at the hotel restaurant too... that was beyond expectation. it is huge too for 2 ppl. we love saying our room number.... 8 and 1/2 we felt very special every single time we say it. couldn't explain more.... there are many detailed moments that captured our memories... until we meet again. Everyone made sure we felt as welcomed as possible. Antonio from the restaurant made our dinner special with his food and wine suggestions and we had really pleasant conversations any time we encountered him. Front office staff acknowledged it was my fiancee's birthday and did a trick with welcome drinks so they had time to upgrade our room and send a birthday cake along with a bottle of prosecco. It was a touching moment for my fiancee and we are definitely coming back.

Rooms are found in both buildings and feature either modern design or some antiques from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. Very Beautiful place with extremely nice service. Was a big pleasure to be there. If you want a great service, in this palazzo, they know how to do it)... Also a garden with fruit trees and an incredible view!
