The facilities are super new, while keeping the historical features of the building. The staff is great, with the highlight being MATTIA - who helped us throughout our 3 days stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, in a very nice neighborhood, just in front of the access to vaporeto and water taxis. Thank you, Radisson, for this amazing stay.

Really lovely people at reception. Asked for advice on shops and always came back with details. Son was given free fruits and milk.

All the staff were wonderful to deal with and helped make the trip extra special for us. Location is perfect, a few minutes walk to San Marco Basilica. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food and drink options in the hotel and the surrounding area were fantastic. We used the hotels complimentary transport to Murano and had a lovely time at the factory. Will definitely be back

The staff were exceptional and always on hand to assist you and make your life easier. I had requests for the room which were met with no problems. A fantastic trip overall!

A sauna, free bikes and free Wi-Fi throughout are available. Breakfast was excellent. A large spread and something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the fresh juice and fresh bread. All produce was fresh and all the meals I had were amazing. The bar tender in the lounge bar made me a special drink at my request. Everyone was extremely helpful from check-in to checkout.

This 5-star boutique hotel is located in Milan's historic centre, an 8-minute walk from Piazza San Babila and the fashion area of Via Montenapoleone. Each room offers elegant parquet floors, an LCD TV, and free Wi-Fi. Wonderful atmosphere and super friendly & helpful staff. Location was excellent: removed from the tourist crowds, yet an easy 20 min walk away from the duomo.
