Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel is housed in the Renaissance Palazzo Gaddi, dating back to 1596 and boasting traditional Florentine Baroque halls. A wonderful hotel, matching the service and room quality of a 5-star establishment. We felt right at home, surrounded by comfort and care. Breakfast was delightful, offering everything we needed, and the service was top-notch.

Ville Sull'Arno offers accommodation in Florence, right on the banks of the river Arno. It features a restaurant and a free wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. Beautiful location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle to the town and back several times a day

Perfect location, stunning views, great comfort, beautiful rooms, and outstanding service 🥰. I had asked in advance to prepare a cake for my son’s birthday, and we were greeted with one of the most delicious desserts we’ve ever had. Dinner was excellent ,the cuisine deserves special praise, and the chef is truly talented. Everything was absolutely flawless! Highly recommended!

High class 5 star hotel meant for people who appreciate top service. The view from the pool is one of the best in Tuscany.

The staff of course is always the heart of a hotel and in this resort is incredibly attentive to each guest. Our stay was capped with a special gift to my sick daughter that brought such a smile to her face there is simply no value that can be assigned to such an experience. Such individual attention is rare even in high end stays and cannot be replicated. Food and drinks were wonderful and the concierge was unbelievable in assisting our requests! Too much positivity too simply put into words, some resorts make stays magical and this is one. Dont miss the experience.

Developed over the years by the Moretti family, the eclectic and elegant Florentine house you find today is a few steps from the Medici Chapels and the famous Duomo of Florence. Breakfast very good, friendly staff, all good.
