Botania Relais & Spa - The Leading Hotels of the World is 500 metres outside Lacco Ameno, near Ischia’s San Montano Bay and the Negombo thermal spa, easily reached by a footpath. The staff went above and beyond. A very special place.

Excelsior Belvedere Hotel & Spa is set in the centre of Ischia and offers free WiFi throughout, a private beach, and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Gulf of Naples. An impressive, generous villa with an unrepeatable view of Capri and Sorrento. Attentive staff, great breakfast, great dinner. I recommend.

San Montano Resort & SPA features a natural sauna,11 out-door thermal pools, an in-door pool, a wellness centre, gyms, a garden and free WiFi. Great location with exceptional views for both sunrise and sunset. Very good service throughout. We loved that the restaurant staff was very flexible to serve dishes that were not on the menu. The food quality of the restaurant was very good, as was the breakfast.

Regina Isabella-Resort Spa Restaurant is on the site of ancient Greek-Roman ruins, directly on the seashore in Ischia's Lacco Ameno. We loved the beach and pool side area in particular. Breakfast was excellent . We will come back .

Hotel Manzi is situated in Casamicciola Terme. The rate includes access to 2 thermal pools, Turkish bath, sensory showers, internet. Hotel was lovely, room was clean and very comfortable. I liked the spa area and the gym as well. Breakfast was little bit limited but you were able to order for example omelette and other products from the kitchen. Staff was very welcoming and also when leaving early in the morning, they were waiting at the door and organised my travel to the airport.

Located on Ischia, Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa has an outdoor pool and sun terrace with views across to Naples. This hotel is amazing! The staff were amazing, breakfast set a very high standard. The facilities were wonderful. We wish we had stayed longer.

Το Mare Blu Terme βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη της Ίσκιας, σε απόσταση 200μ. από τον κεντρικό εμπορικό δρόμο, ενώ προσφέρει θέα στο Αραγονέζικο Κάστρο. The hotel and room was wonderful. Very nice relax area. The location was great. Island Ischia is amazing! I'm sure I come back for longer..

The staff is fabulous. Front desk support is consistently available to answer questions, make recommendations, and book reservations. This is our 3 stay between this property and Mare Blu- their sister hotel a few doors away. I prefer this location directly on the water, with beach direct access. The walk to the mineral pool at Mare Blu is quite easy. The breakfast spread is the best ever -- who can go wrong with fresh! The staff remembers you, your choices resulting in an experience that leaves you feeling catered to. Had one dinner at La Lampera-the rooftop restaurant that was delicious with excellent service. Love the location In a world we are blessed with many choices in, we will return here.

Το Miramare Sea Resort & Spa βρίσκεται σε μια πεζοδρομημένη περιοχή του Sant'Angelo, στη νότια ακτή της Ίσκια. Every single thing. The staff, the facilities, the location is exceptional. Our rooms were perfect with great products provided. I will go back there at any opportunity. The beach club there was stunning.
