Virginia was super flexible. Our flight was delayed till almost midnight and she stayed up all night waiting for us staying in touch via WhatsApp. We had 2 cars, so even got a 2nd key for the gate! superb

It’s hard to put into words how beautiful the breakfast was and how professional it was laid out in our very own sitting room. The host delivered our breakfast quietly while were while we were still asleep and when we woke up, they delivered our coffee. Everything was perfection From the yogurt to the fluffy omelette and the Molton chocolate muffin .

This accommodation is really fantastic and we can recommend it 100%. You won't find a better location in Viterbo. The flat is new, modern, superbly equipped and impeccably clean. Above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of Claudia and her team should be emphasised. We are very happy to have been guests here and can only recommend it to anyone.

Stefano was a fabulous host! Excellent communication. Met us and took us personally to the apartment. Such a nice touch for an overseas visitor. The apartment was spacious, immaculate and had everything provided. Breakfast was home made and superb. Loved our stay in the heart of the medieval centre of this beautiful town. 10/10!

This place is really exceptional - and this is coming from a hotel freak:) It is called "palazzo" and it really is a palazzo - super spacious, with painted walls and ceilings, lots of art, luxurious bathrooms, complimentary wine bottles (notice the plural!:)) and other beverages and some food. Also, super comfortable beds, pillows, towers - everything high end. Memorable stay.

Staff went out of their way to help us. The restaurant is outstanding. Food especially the aged steak, is excellent.

Spa, garden and pools are really good. We had a massage and it was fantastic. The hotel itself is quite old, although they did good renovation inside. Drinks, bar and prices of extra services (bar etc) are quite high considering that it is not 5 stars.
