This is one of the most beautiful and well maintained Hotel and Spa we have visited in a long time The Spa is outstanding and the facilities provided are well situated all within walk distance to the main Hotel reception area. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast, is nicely presented buffet style and adequate. I must mention the wonderful staff at this hotel and from a very late check in after a delayed flight they assisted us in every way. The Manager in the breakfast dining room was extremely attentive as one of us is gluten free and gave as all the confidence that the gluten free supplies were readily available We will most definitely return.

It was a very positive experience. The house, bedding, and bathroom towels were all clean. The homeowner is friendly, kind, and flexible. We were several hours late, and he waited for us. I highly recommend this place. Great home and excellent service, deserving of 5 stars.

Absolutely exceptional! Not only was the apartment and location 5 star, but the owner, Emi, was the most friendly, helpful, and remarkable host. I can not say enough about how far he went above and beyond to make our stay in Civitavecchia so pleasant. A wonderful businessman, host, and person! Thank you for perfection in every way, Emiliano!
