Breakfast was good but could do with more selection for us rather than asking the waiter. The reception staff were excellent and anything you wanted they supported you well. Get the room with a view, you can just sit there all morning and watch. Sorrento has tons of good restaurants 5-10 mins walk with plenty of places to see and browse.

The 5-star hotel is located 1 km from Sorrento Harbour where guests can catch ferries to the island of Capri. Positano is a 30-minute drive away. When staying more than 2 nights, a welcome drink is offered. This is truly a 5 star hotel, with exceptional service and focused on the detail. Staff were excellent and when we had a couple of very small issues they were dealt with immediately and effectively. The breakfast is amazing . The location is also great for seeing around Sorrento. We loved our stay here.

The Angiolieri is set in an ancient villa with panoramic sea views. You can relax and enjoy the scenery on the terraces. There is an outdoor swimming pool and a large garden with palm trees. Great location, walking distance to convenient train station. Super helpful and welcoming staff. Beautiful views and spacious rooms in a quiet little town which is so much better than the craziness of some of the other towns in the area. Breakfast every morning on patio with views was sublime.

This 18th-century villa combines classic architecture with modern design. Each room is air conditioned and features a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Rooms also come with satellite TV, a minibar and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. We had a seaview standard room. Small balcony was superb and view of Vesuvius amazing. Room wasnt huge but not small either and had everything that we needed. Quality throughout the hotel is very high and the standard of service is exceptional. The hotel is not cheap, but you dont pay for anything else when you´re there (breakfast, club lounge etc) so the price starts to make sense. Breakfast is superb and (again) view from breakfast room is amazing.
