Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel is housed in the Renaissance Palazzo Gaddi, dating back to 1596 and boasting traditional Florentine Baroque halls. This hotel was absolutely amazing! The location is conveniently located close to the center of Florence. The rooms are beautiful with a comfortable bed and pillows. The amenities are above par compared to the other hotels we stayed in during our visit to Italy. I booked a room with a view and I highly recommend that because the views of the Duomo are spectacular. The most significant thing I want to comment on is the staff. They were incredibly helpful and nice. They went above and beyond at all times. We arrived tired and the staff picked up on it and led us to our room so that we could rest rather than go over the extraordinary history of the hotel. After getting our energy back, we sat at the bar for antipasto and drinks and the staff were so friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in Florence.

The surroundings are tranquil, yet you’re close enough to the city’s main attractions. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the warm and welcoming staff. Check-in was smooth, and they offered helpful information about nearby sights and dining options. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, blending traditional Tuscan charm with modern amenities. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with elegant furnishings and a lovely view of the river. One of the highlights of my stay was the serene garden area and the outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was also a standout — a delicious selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and savory options, all served in a bright, airy room. Overall, Ville Sull’Arno is a fantastic place to stay for those looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and slightly more peaceful experience while visiting Florence. Highly recommended!

They made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely heartwarming. The spa is a haven in itself. From the soothing massages to the jacuzzis enhanced with facial masks, every detail is crafted to melt away stress and wrap you in calm. The atmosphere is luxurious yet grounding—pure bliss. Devoti Restaurant deserves its own standing ovation. Set within a beautifully restored old church, the ambiance alone is magical. But the food—every single dish—was a revelation. It’s hard to tell what I like the most. I could say the room, because is beautiful and very comfortable. But then we tried the food and we felt in love, everything was perfect and well prepared. Not to mention the staff from the reception to the restaurant everyone was kind and warm.

Some of the main sights (Villa Reale etc.) are nearby, Lucca is easily reachable by car.
