Thank you for making our anniversary a memorable stay. The welcome note, cookies and heart shaped towels were a nice touch. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was great near the station. Our stay was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding staff: Rie (pronounced Rea) at the breakfast buffet, Emiko and Miho at the front desk.

Boasting stunning views of Osaka city, 4 dining options and a heated indoor pool, Conrad Osaka offers luxurious rooms in modern decor. Higobashi Station is just a 5-minute walk and JR Osaka Station is a 7-minute train ride away. We really loved the stylish vibe of the hotel, with its dark color decor it felt modern and interesting. The lobby area was a treat with a great panoramic view over Osaka, which we couldn’t get enough of. Being in the Umeda district was a big plus, with lots to see and do around. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in Japan. And the view from our room was a cherry on top, looking right over the bustling Osaka Station. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Conrad Osaka on our next visit.
