The location is right across from the train station so within easy walking distance and the station area is clean and upscale - not like many countries. There are many amenities on offer, including a laundry service, and signs written in plain English.

The location is superb, very near to Shimonashi bus stop, one of the stops on the World Heritage Bus. The owner is very friendly and detailed in ensuring that we know where to go. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The amenities were superb and conveniently located. Breakfast was delicious although there could be more western options. Loved the ice cream vending machine!

I would like to extend my gratitude to the Front Desk staff for their exceptional service in assisting me with the transfer of my luggage to and from another city. The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from Toyama station. The room was not only very pleasant but also impeccably clean, and it came with a full range of in-room amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

The staff at the Hotel Kurobe are outstanding, great service levels from the shuttle bus driver, to the desk staff and the dining room staff. Breakfasts and dinners were superb.

Despite not being rated as a five star hotel, this property truly should be.
