Communication between employees was top notch and everyone was extremely friendly even working under the burning sun.

Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa is situated in Mombasa on one of the longest beachfront protected by the Mombasa Marine Park. Lots of facilities, amazing gym, access to beach, lots of things to do around the resort. Staff are very friendly and always try to help!

Situated directly on the white sandy beach of Shanzu, Serena Beach Hotel & Spa offers panoramic views over the Indian Ocean. Guests can dine beside the outdoor pool in the extensive tropical gardens. Serena Beach Resort - Firstly the warm welcome from the Staff was a nice touch. Came in on a really early flight and was accommodated. Everything explained about the resort. The team changing out the rooms each day were meticulous in their duties, bathrooms, floors all nice an clean. Bedrooms were turned down each evening Site was clean and well looked after. Access to the Beach was great, an excellent place to relax for a few days
