Extremely polite staff, especially front office staff Zhanerke and her Manager Timur. They upgraded my room once they came to know about my room “bed” issue. Because of my return flight departure timing changed, they even allowed a late check out free of cost. Excellent breakfast, all in all it was a great experience. Once again thank you Zhanerke and Timur for taking a great care of us.
