The hotel was awesome! First we were welcomed with refreshing wipes and nice juices. They also made some kind of nice ritual with candles. Then we went to our room,which was so big,clean and comfy. Also we had a bathtub on the balcony. There was super big mango garden,where you can take walks and you can visit the nearby lake. There were several activities like big beautiful chess and ping pong. The food was a great combination of traditional and international food. It had great presentation and was delicious. The best thing in this hotel was THE STAFF. Everyone was so nice, always there to help you and assist. They were always smiling. We loved the manager,the cleaning ladies,all the girls from reception and restaurant. So nice! We reallyliked a girl named Sachini, which was mainly on the ba, she was super nice. My personal favorite one though was the NATURALIST!!! Her name was Sithumi. We definitely recomend going on the safari tour with her. She was so so so nice,always helping out and she knew so much about all animals! She saw birds for maybe 2 seconds and already knew the kind! So impressive! She was caring for all of us so much! Definitely recomend this hotel and we would love to come back❤️

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and spa centre, Jetwing Lake is set in Dambulla in the Matale District Region, 6 km from Dambulla Cave Temple. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Everything was amazing. The pool, rooms, food. Very clean and the staff kind and helpful. Highly recommend

Mornings began with birdsong and soft sunlight filtering through the trees. There’s no rush here — just space to breathe, rest, and rediscover stillness. The Ayurvedic treatments were outstanding. The resident doctor was kind and attentive, and each therapy was tailored to our needs. The therapists were professional, skilled, and genuinely caring — every session left us feeling lighter and completely relaxed. The food was light, fresh, and nourishing, aligned with Ayurvedic principles. It’s not indulgent dining, but every meal felt like part of the wellness journey — balanced, beautiful, and made with care it perfectly complements the wellness philosophy of the resort. A special mention must go to the staff, who were exceptional throughout our stay. They truly go above and beyond — warm, attentive, and respectful, without ever being intrusive. Every detail, from the herbal teas to the evening turn-down service, felt thoughtful and intentional. We were surprised every time with the location of our b/fast and diners. A heartfelt thank you to Lackshan, who was wonderful with our little boy — he played with him, kept him engaged, and made sure he never felt bored. It meant so much to us and made our stay even more special. This is not a place for nightlife or crowds it’s designed for peace, rest, and self-care. If you’re looking for a luxury wellness retreat in Sri Lanka where you can truly unwind and reconnect with yourself, Ayugiri is a gem.

The houses were very nice and the staff was very helpful and helped with all the questions. The houses are very cosy and the swimming pool area was nice to chill. Great value

Sigiriya is located within the Cultural Triangle of Sri Lanka, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Featuring the best view of the Lion’s Rock, it offers an outdoor pool, restaurant and free parking. I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Sigiriya. The view from the property is stunning—especially the pool view with the Sigiriya Rock in the backdrop! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. What makes this place magical is its jungle setting—you can hear the sounds of nature all around, making it incredibly peaceful and calming. It was my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The staff were so warm and accommodating throughout our stay. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both meals were absolutely gorgeous. I’d definitely stay here again.
