We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!

Guadalupe and Maggie at reception were amazing and Daniela in the restaurant was always there to accommodate our needs. Our room was just amazing (#7 which I think is the presidential suite). Large, quiet and well laid out with comfortable beds and high quality linens. The location was steps from a wonderful restaurant (santoua) and a short flat walk to the zocalo. This was the perfect stay and is very highly recommended.
