We spent one day at this hotel. We love it. The staffs are very polite and thoughtful. And the environment is comfortable and traditional.

Amisha and Sharmila from the reception did an outstanding job in terms if friendliness and professionalism. The hotel can be proud to have such a strong team taking care of its guests.

Το Sarangkot Mountain Lodge βρίσκεται σε Pokhara, σε απόσταση 10 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Pokhara Lakeside και παρέχει καταλύματα με δωρεάν ποδήλατα, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, εξωτερική... The staff gave us the warmest welcome on our arrival. They were all so kind, considerate, and respectful. They made our 3 nights comfortable and very memorable. The food was exceptional, and they had a wide variety of meals to serve. I would definitely come back again but in better weather conditions. This place is a must stay if you're visiting Pokhara!

I loved our stay at Basera Boutique Hotel! Very good location in a calm and safe neighborhood close to ministries. Newari architecture all over the building, including the rooms and the pool. The food at the restaurant was authentic Nepali food, with high quality of raw materials and the opportunity to enjoy cultural nights with Nepali dances. I have to emphasize that the highlight of this hotel is definitely the amazing staff: smiley, always eager to help you (including airport transfer, taxi calling, guide and hiking reservations) and giving their best to make your stay in Kathmandu unforgettable!!!! Of course, in my next trip to Nepal I am going to stay here again! Highly recommended!!!

The beautiful young girl in reception is very friendly. We had booked another hotel before our stay in Aloft hotel. But we cancelled it and switched back to Aloft hotel as her wonderful service.
