The lady on reception was so helpful. I think her name was Che. She arranged a taxi for the following morning and managed to pack a few goodies for breakfast as we were leaving at 07.45hrs. We were a little stressed on arrival and tired from our long journey. So thanks so very much for everything you did for us.

Beautiful hotel, perfect room, with an unexpected upgrade, excellent service from everyone we encountered and fantastic facilities. Gym is very modern, and the pool area has contrast therapy, ie., pool, spa, IR sauna, and cold plunge, a massive selling point imho.

Comfortable room. Had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. There is also a small pool, sauna and hot tub. Staff attentive without being overbearing.
