From the moment I walked through the stunning lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff at the Grand Hotel truly went above and beyond, making my experience unforgettable. Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. Fabulous Location..Staff were brilliant..Amna at the reception was so helpful..the lifeguards Hassan,Saif and Sami were brilliant for advice regarding where to visit and again ever so Helpful..The breakfast team led by Sabrina,Fernando were amazing..Fantastic breakfast..Our room was cleaned and left in a perfect condition by Rabbi, Jessen and Ibrahim..We stayed for 16 nights and cannot fault the service. Thanks to Hanni and his team..

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, cosy and nice. What impressed me mostly the Bayredo , Bal d’ Afrique hand wash, body lotion, shampoo and a conditioner as it is my favorite brand. the breakfast was delicious.
