Both Virly and Xavi made us feel at home straight away and have been nothing but lovely for the entirety of our stay there. They are running this very homey resort with a great sense of hospitality, always ready to answer our needs and giving advice or just simply having a chat with them because they really are great people all-around. And then you'll also be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the small island village with turquoise water and bird singing and can do a star gazing session while in the swimming pool in the evening. Thumbs up to Virly also for her delicious and homey cooking (we loved the baracuda fish). If you're looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to rest in total simplicity, this place is just made for you.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, complemented by a large swimming pool and attentive housekeeping. During check-in, I casually mentioned my brother’s birthday, and the process itself was smooth and easy. To our surprise, when we returned from a family dinner, the hotel had prepared a birthday cake — such a thoughtful gesture from Nustar. Special thanks to Quendelyn, the lady who assisted me at check-in. She was professional, pleasant to talk to, and truly charming. Her service made me feel welcome from the start. Nustar is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. For three consecutive years, I’ve chosen Fili, but Nustar has exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be back for my next vacation. On the day of our checkout, the pool had just reopened after the recent typhoon in Cebu. I asked the front desk if we could extend our checkout to 1 PM, and instead, they graciously offered 2 PM — compliments of the hotel. That small gesture made me so happy, as it allowed us to enjoy the pool without rushing. Nustar truly delivers exceptional hospitality. DAGHANG SALAMAT!

Hello, I highly recommend this hotel, it's a great cocktail bar, several restaurants, there's enough for lunch. And the staff is great. 🤩

The on-site food is tasty, ridiculous amounts of cheese on the burgers 🍔🥰🥰 . Their quick laundry service adds real convenience for travelers. Retuned in about two hours one day . Friendly team, solid help, good meals, and useful services—West Coast Beach House provides comfort and reliability. Recommended for a warm, caring stay.
