Very clean, ac superb condition, bed comfortable, the staff at front desk are very helpful and respectful. Staff help you settle in and replace towels, water, toiletries and ask to clean room. The safe deposit box is room is easy to use. Shower has hot water. Overall you get a very good service and decent room at a good price. I will book this hotel again.

it is very clean, very friendly and very accommodating staffs, from receptionist, valet parking, restaurant, room cleaning - we can't complain. Infinity pools were nice, i and just wish they were exclusive to hotel guests, so it won't be crowded. Foods are good.

THE BREAKFAST WAS DISGUSTING - IT WAS COLD CHICKEN FROM JOLIBEE TAKEAWAY ! BOOKING.COM HAVE TOTALLY RIPPED US OFF AND I WANT MONEY BACK FROM BOOKING.COM - THE HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE PENALISED - WE WANT MONEY FROM BOOKING.COM- FORTUNATELY WE WERE ABLE TO DO A DEAL WITH THE HOTEL !! WE DID NOT HAVE THE BREAKFAST AND WANT MONEY FROM BOOKING.COM : YOU ADVERTISED THIS AS BREAKFAST - WHICH SHOULD BE FULL BREAKFAST NOT COLD CHICKEN !!! REFUND SOME MONEY NOW : WE WILL NOT BE USING BOOKING.COM EVER AGAIN YOU ARE A MIS REPRESENTATION FIRM !!!

The view from the pool was so beautiful, especially at sunset (get there at 5pm). Service was superb, staff friendly, location is excellent. Room was excellent, great size, and the extra pillows was a nice touch. Breakfasts were great too. Single day turn around on laundry is available too.
