The hotel exceeded all expectations. Our Deluxe Junior Suite was spotlessly clean, extremely quiet, and had an exceptionally comfortable, oversized bed. The location is perfect — right in the city center, within a short walking distance of both the Old Town and the main train station. Breakfast was outstanding: a rich buffet combined with a selection of hot dishes from the menu. The service was exceptional as well — the staff were always polite, friendly, and attentive. Every evening we found a special pillow mist in our room, prepared for better sleep, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel’s restaurant is one of the best in the area, offering excellent food and atmosphere. There is also a spa available, although I didn’t use it during my stay.

The hotel is located in a picturesque place. Our room had a view of the mountains. Besides the hotel itself, there are many interesting places around. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the pools are clean, and the food is delicious. The children's animation was interesting and appropriate, there was a playground, trampolines - my child had fun. I would recommend taking breakfast and dinner. There is a rotation of dishes and a great variety of them. There is a separate children's menu as well. Props to restaurant workers. They work like bees. We got a great value for money.
