The breakfast could be defined complete and very satisfactory for every need. Wifi perfect. Air conditioning in the room working very well and silently. Hotel position very close to the city center (two subway stop only).

There are no words to describe how a laid-back atmosphere the hotel is. Everything is superb. This hotel is very lucky to have such friendly and attentive staff. They are genuinely so great. The rooms are fabulous. A late check out was generously given to me. The swimming cool is very cosy, which really makes you feel out of stress. Whatever I say is not enough to explain how lovely this hotel and its staff are.

The room was very clean and with enough facilities. The breakfast was magnificent. The view of Tagus river was vey beautiful . What I loved most is 2 things: the first is the extraordinary staff , starting with the reception , the room service, the staff at the restaurant during the breakfast, the staff at the entrance of the hotel, their kindness, always smiling and assisting, and highly qualified, The second thing, which I consider as precious is the quietness of the room.
