The room is clean and from our family room at floor 17 the view was superb. The hotel parking is a separate area of the parking of the mall and very convenient. The way to the hotel, which has a direct connection to the mall, is short. The connection to the mall is great! You have a food court and lots of shopping. The mall is themed, so that it is entertaining for kids as well. There is a kid's play room inside the hotel, which our kids loved. The breakfast in the restaurant is very good.

Loved the train concept and the style of the rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff (although the English language levels of some of them needed improving). Delicious food and great variety. The Poirot restaurant design, food and service was fabulous. So too Papillon bar. We were lucky that the hotel was quiet as it was low season, so it felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Not cheap but definitely worth paying for a treat!

They were accommodating to our requests and replied our messages promptly. They were very generous in giving additional snacks for our kids. They were truly a pleasure to work with. Our room was extremely comfortable, very spacious and peaceful. It came complete with a campfire site where we could toast marshmallows, preferrably at night and they were provided free of charge by the hotel. Great selection of choices for room service and breakfast. Many activities for the kids, and they were reasonably priced - such as baking cookies and clay painting which were done in your unit. They also provide ATV rides which were near the glampsite. There was adequate privacy. Views here were spectacular. We have recommended this place to many friends and family already and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will return to this place.
