The atmosphere, the place vibes, Kids club ( it's another Level), the stuff all over the hotel and everything.. Best hotel at Belek.. Excellent place to spend a vacation! I cannot speak more highly about the kind and helpful people at the hotel. Everyone was so genuinely nice and sincere, especially Sunay, the office manager, and the all the hotel personnel really. I remember their kind faces, their smiles and their warmth. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to my family and friends and plan to be back next summer.

Among top hotels in which I stayed (and stayed in several hundreds) - as expected from a 5-star hotel but this was even a bit beyond… From the very first moment at the parking and then reception to the very last moment at departure everything was simply perfect. Our suite was big, modern, super clean, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, nice terrace (looking onto the fields behind, meaning on the quiet side). Food was delicious, very tasty, wide selection of everything. Swimming pool is large and the water is extra clean (perhaps with just a bit too much chlorine?). Every evening great show - the best in our 3-day stay was the group from Colombia. The sandy beach is nice, quite close (transfer 3-4 min by bus, every half an hour) and the service is well organized there as well. Staff is excellent, everybody very nice and pleasant. All in all, not a single complaint (perhaps the location outside the little town of Side which is a gem in itself). Highly recommended, absolutely great hotel!

Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive is gelegen in Side, op een paar minuten lopen van Sorgun Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren,... Superb food throughout. Great quality of drinks including the wine included. Tui active activities were well run and well worth doing. Staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and always available as needed. Overall just a superbly relaxing holiday with lots to do.

Blue Marlin Deluxe Spa & Resort - Ultra All Inclusive is een accommodatie met 5 sterren tegenover het strand in Konaklı met heeft een fitnesscentrum, een tuin en een privéstrand. We had a wonderful time at Blue Marlin during our stay at the hotel. The hotel’s building is new and clean. The pier is fantastic as well as the pool. We had a family room and were very satisfied with that. The size, design, beds, free mini bar and cleaning was perfect. We got free fruit and wine at the room at the arrival time as well that helped to forget the long journey. The most amazing thing with this hotel is the staff. We was very satisfied with how they took care of us , their hospitality, kindness and follow up. Yana Grinenko, the gust relationship responsible, followed up our satisfaction during the whole stay. We had everyday communication with her both in person and by WhatsApp messages. She is a wonderful and kind lady who speak English very well and loves her job. You feel really comfortable talking with her. Even we had no problem at all but it was a good feeling to know that someone eagerly is following up our stay. We were also invited to a luxury and compulsory dinner at the pier one night of our stay which gave the feeling of being special. Of other kind staff that we got very good experience : Emir and Yusuf at reception who acted professionally and kind, Cegdem, Murat, Beste, and many other. These people are the assets of the hotel that with their hard work keep the guests satisfied and happy. We hope to see them again next time we stay in Blue Marlin. Thank you for making a pleasant holiday for me and my family.
