Very beautiful property and garden, outstanding pool.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large and luxurious rooms. We really enjoyed the street food available downstairs on Friday nights. Great views from everywhere in the hotel.

The property is set in a superb location, right on the river Con just out from centre.

Fabulous penthouse, hosts, service, food and location. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere.

The place is luxurious for the money you pay. Breakfast was the best I saw in hotels in Vietnam, the swimming pool is nice with an amazing view, and the small gym is ok with air conditioning.

Tam and his family are amazing hosts. I needed to buy an environmentally friendly shampoo for a multi day trek in the forest and they took me to several shops across the city to find it. Tam also kindly helped me to book a train to my next stop. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are comfortable with nice views to the mountains. The location is beautiful and a nice walk to the centre. Highly recommended. 5-star family ⭐️

The staff were super helpful! Nice breakfast and also the swimming pool was great for the kids after a long day. The staff helped us with our onward journey as well. The price value is very good, obviously you don’t get 5 star but still everybody goes above and beyond.

This is a 5 star luxury at a very reasonable price. It has extremely clean, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The YHI spa is magnificent - the setting, the staff and the comfort were all first class. The massage was the best I have ever had. The gym was excellent, spacious and very well equipped. Breakfast was superb, so much choice in beatiful surroundings. The lobby and bar/lounge area were first class. The tour organised by the hotel to Phong Nha Caves was brilliant and very good value for money.
