Great staff, very welcoming and available. The hotel is less than a kilometer from the Old Town so it's around 20min walk. We didn't mind it.

The location is about a 10 minute walk to the old town. Buffet breakfast is very good. We stayed for 3 nights and they change their breakfast menu slightly every day so the food does not become monotonous. The staff is very helpful and we are always greeted with a smile. Daisy at the reception really pays attention to the guests and their needs. She speaks very good English. She gave us very good recommendations on what restaurants to try in the old town. The hotel has bicycles that can be used to go to the old town.

The hotel looks just like the pictures—modern, clean, and very well-kept. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond, including great tips for local spots. The breakfast is generous, the restaurant is excellent, and the location is perfect—peaceful yet close to Hoi An’s historic center and just steps from the beach. A real highlight was the spa. I had an amazing Vietnamese full-body massage and facial treatment from Jenny—she’s highly skilled, professional, and made the experience truly relaxing. I highly recommend booking a treatment with her! Overall, a fantastic hotel with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
