The public areas, the wellness and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was always available, but they weren’t disturbing. The staff of the restaurant was very friendly, especially Richard. Richard’s wine recommendation was really good. We had a wide variety of vegetables and we enjoyed the main courses and desserts as well.

We stayed only a few days but were absolutely satisfied. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent – a wide selection and delicious. We would be happy to come back.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, order, and comfort of the rooms. Everything was perfectly arranged and well-maintained, which made me feel immediately at home. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Your warm hospitality truly made a difference and contributed greatly to my enjoyment. I also really appreciated the pool – although small, it was clean, peaceful, and a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options.

Very Kind and profesional stuff, we were late at night, after long trip, kitchen was closed, but chef opened kitchen and cooked to us food. We were very happy, they gave to us very beautifull room with the view to the garden and terrase, restaurant with excelent food! Spa area very clean, outside pool warm! Thank you.

Very calm and peaceful atmosphere. There weren't a lot of guests when we were here and it added to the serenity of the mountains around us. Very familiar and friendly staff. Great food, both at breakfast and dinner. Lovely room with a balcony towards the green skiing slopes and the sound of cow bells in the distance.

I have eaten at many Michelin restaurants and eating here is comparable if not better. It was a joy to go for food every meal. They even have a snack, which is a meal, after the slopes, 3-5. Awesome hotel with great views and rooms and the staff are super.

Everything was fantastic and the friendly staff members were next level and made my stay much more enjoyable ! Everything you need for few days of relaxing in such fantastic alpine village can be found in this hotel! Wellness area including sauna and outdoor swimming pool with Mountain View and very good restaurant with live performances at night ! Definitely recommend this if you need relaxing and some quality time!

The hotel has a location near a highway so it have easy access, and you could not hear the highway when windows was closed. The view from our room was so great, we had a top apartment with a big balcony so a great view at the mountains. The staff was kind and helpful at both checkin and when we had breakfast in the morning and the morning breakfast was good. Overall it was value for money
