Loved EVERYTHING about Coolnest - staff was so Nice, helpful, cheerful, efficient and professional yet highly personable. The owner even engaged in a wine tasting with his guests and discussed his inspiration for the hotel. The hotel itself and the facilities are top notch, the decor was very cool and so we done, every detail done well and the all the areas from the reception area, the breakfast area, the roof top bar and restaurant, the pool the gym and yoga rooms were done so well. Not to mention the rooms that were functionally laid out perfectly with million dollar views of the zitteral valley. And did I mention all the free activities - hiking, biking, yoga, wine tasting, etc that comes free.

The rooftop pool is just amazing with a nice view. The whole hotel is very clean, spacious, well-equipped, the staff is very friendly. The wellness area is really nice, breakfast and dinner are very rich with many options. We really enjoyed our stay!

    The apartment is large and very comfortable. The furniture is brand new, modern design and very good quality. Modern bathrooms with all amenities. Sauna in the apartment. The location is perfect within 100 m of the main street and a free bus station is right in front of hotel.

    The location of the property was spectacular and the modern design and amenities absolutely outstanding in this region. We only stayed one night, but the staff and overall environment made our stay memorable. The dinner and breakfast buffet and menu were of high quality, well designed and thought out. The absolute highlight is the infinity pool on the roof of the hotel!
