Everything is very clean, comfortable beds, cosy and perfect for family. We had connecting rooms, which was super. Breakfast is basic, was nice we could cook the eggs by ourselves, staff was helpful and we had all essential. Local honey, jams was a nice accent. Parking is by the building. Good location, close to church. And they have nice shower cosmetic, vegan, good smell and quality. Thank you, the Family of Hopfeld!

This hotel is a quick walk from the Heitzing metro station and close to the entrance to the Schonbrunn gardens. The room was spacious with a full body mirror and closet. The window opened towards a street with some trees and was nice for getting some air in the room. The room also had air conditioning which was on a timer.

A comfortable hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. All the staff were professional and kind. When I asked something I didn't understand, they explained it clearly and helped me, so I felt at ease during my stay. The breakfast was better than I expected! There was freshly squeezed juice, BIO honey, fresh vegetables and fruits, and I was able to refresh my tired body after a long journey. Guests were relaxing on the terrace and chatting with friends and family. Everyone seemed to be having fun, and there seemed to be many regulars. I felt that this was a special relaxing space for them. I am grateful for the wonderful hospitality even though it was my first visit. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel!

We loved the personal touches at Hotel Schwalbe. The place is run by a lovely family and the attention you get is exceptional. Our room was spacious and bright and there was even a little kitchen with gorgeous dishes, vintage glasses and a coffee maker. Breakfast is lovely too, don't miss out on it. The owner is around pretty much every day and if you feel like a little chat, she'll tell you about the history of this charming Hotel and give you tipps on where to go.

The location was fantastic - easy to get to by U-Bahn, near excellent restaurants and naturally, right across the street from Schonbrun!! What could be a better location? The hotel itself is an unbelievable taste of the past - glorious, and sumptuous - elegant, and rich with comfortably upgraded modern amenities. Sitting on our large balcony overlooking the city and its activity, sipping Austrian wine was a fantasy come true!!! The breakfast buffet unparalleled - the shower perfect for we seniors. I loved it and will recommend it anyone I hear of that is going to Vienna. I will also stay there if I, hopefully, get back to Vienna.
