It was the quiet season and rainy but we sat on the front veranda outside our glamping tent and watched the ocean, koalas, a possum ran right in front of our feet. It was the most magical day, completely with nature (which is a big say for me as I live in a van normally so am normally in nature). Toilet and shower block was average but clean.

Great place, everything you needed pool,spa,bikes,paddel boards,kayaks, a club for dinner all at your fingertips. Staff were amazing and friendly. I had a little medical episode while staying there. I was taken to hospital buy ambulance, and they looked after my partner very well and came and saw me the next day to see if I was alright. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back

Lovely location, close to the beach. Very close to the headland where you can watch the whales going past. The house itself was lovely and modern. Loved the extra toilet in the laundry area. Very comfortable. The cafe/restaurant on site is excellent with amazing food. Loved ordering coffee in the morning and picking up when ready. A very short walk from accommodation.

Room was of a large size, with extra bed, that actually had even additional bed all clean, bathroom is new and renovated Location is great, it's kind of hidden in the woods and has access (although with medium level accessibility) to the beach, which is also kind of isolated. so it gives the great feeling to be connected with the nature. At the same time the hotel is directly and easily accessibly via car and public transport. and you have koalas and nice birds as a bonus also swimming pool has warm pool

Deluxe tent was spacious and really comfortable. It was equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Loved the welcome food and drinks hamper that contained everything we needed and more! The bathroom amenities (shower & lotions) was of great quality. The koala sanctuary cafe had really lovely souvenirs and decent coffee!

Staff all very friendly. Location, cleanliness of cabin, the styling was also a bit more modernised which was nice as well. There were some activities you could do, kids had the option for hiring pedal bikes, jumping pillow, pool and spa access as well as a hall with movie showing which I thought was a nice touch with an invitation for anyone to go down to just relax and watch if you wanted to.

Really liked the location, surrounded by nature, the only sounds being the wind in the gum trees and the birds in the morning. During the day we had access to the entire Koala sanctuary, it's a great place with a great purpose. The rescued koalas living there can be watched close-up. The staff are incredibly friendly, the holiday apartment looked like just renovated and was super comfy.
