The hotel facilities are great. But the quality of service and the staff are fantastic. Special mention for the pillows, made of goose feathers, you sleep floating. I got the brand and model to buy for myself. The Aldazema restaurant is a paradise for gourmet lovers. The menu is already a big problem...what to choose?...so many delicious options. The hotel and restaurant staff welcome you with joy and cordiality, you immediately feel at home. My thanks to Evelin, Eriberto, Luciana and everyone who provided me with spectacular moments. Place feels new, well kept, maintained and clean. The private parking lot is huge, and it’s free. Breakfast was very good! They offer tapiocas for breakfast, and mine had “good morning” handwritten with chocolate on them. Mind you, most staff don’t speak english, yet they all made an effort to communicate through Google Translate. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.
