Excellent swimming pool, jacuzzi and heated outdoor jacuzzi. Our room was a good size with a nice seating area, big bathroom and a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air and mountain views. It was all exceptionally clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly. We loved our welcome prosecco overlooking the mountains!

It’s a short walk from the grindelwald train station, mostly flat, a short uphill walk. Short walk to pfingstegg for toboggan, extremely short stroll to first bahn. The staff were very hospitable - they helped move our bags to the room, out of the room, allowed us to use the spa facilities even after we’ve checked out. The spa is great! Steam room, heated pool (with an amazing view), sauna, hot tub and even ice shower. It’s amazing!! Oh ya and their restaurant was reasonably priced, had the lamb lasagnes with ratatouille. All with a view of eiger. Love love love.

Very attentive reception staff - organised and friendly pick-up service. Exceptional breakfast and dinner. High quality food. Compliments to the chef and its team - they manage to surprise us every day, Extremely helpful staff in general & cosy atmosphere. Rooms are really big for what we have gotten to know of in Switzerland. Nice indoor pool and a beautiful "schwimmteich" outside. And last but not not least: the views are incredible.

The breakfast offered a delicious variety of fresh fruit , yoghurt, bread, cheeses and cooked eggs, sausage , tomatoes and salad plus more .     Wow, my favourite hotel in Switzerland. Right in the heart centre of Grindelwald, with an unforgettable view of the mountains. the hotel was clean, modern, stylish, cosy and overall perfection. The staff where lovely, and very helpful. Their English speaking was perfect throughout the whole hotel. We took our 2 Pomeranians with us and the hotel was so accommodating, gave us beds and bowls for them, and everyone around the hotel greeted them each day :)
