The location is amazing and the area has many nice traditional architectural buildings. It's not far from some very good touristic areas of Chengdu. The staff of the hotel are very nice and friendly. They speak very fluent English so there is no problem with communication. I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone traveling to Chengdu.

Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Big room, very clean. The staff is very friendly and some can speak English. Big breakfast buffet with both chinese and western dishes and fresh coffee was served to the table.

Lovely hotel on a superb street and next to a lovely park. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Rooms lovely, clean and spacious. Excellent location near the metro for exploring the City, short ride to the Panda Park and for getting to the main train staions for the high speed trains. 10 minute walk to Khan and Zhai Alley and close to Junli Ancient street - both fun areas to explore. Breakfast was delicous - the best we had during our stay and the coffee fresh. I thorougly recommend this hotel and would return.

What impressed me most about this hotel was the service. From check-in to check-out, every employee is careful and enthusiastic. They gave me a detailed map and recommendations of nearby scenic spots, such as Wuhou Temple and Jinli Ancient Street. The room is spacious and the bathroom is well equipped.

The location is great, with convenient transportation. The air is very fresh. The quilt is very comfortable and clean. It's obvious that the cleaning is done very thoroughly. It's also quiet at night for sleeping. It's really wonderful!
