The staff is truly exceptional, so kind, attentive, and always making sure everything is perfect. The food was delicious with a wide variety at every meal; the buffets were rich, flavorful, and never repetitive, soooooo yummy . The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located right by the beach with easy access. There is also entertainment and activities throughout the day, so you never get bored. I highly recommend this place 1000%! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you everyone, with love !

Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff. We arrived so early (around 6 am) and Khaled immediately gave us temporary room to use until our was ready :) We book the apartment with spacious kitchen, and had local breakfast provided at the nearby restaurant. Also, Khaled recommended and organised interesting sightseeing tours for us.

We had an amazing week at the Hub Lagoon Resort Hotel in Hub City! It’s perfect for kite surfers, with the kite spot just a short distance away. The single-floor bungalows and green grass everywhere create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel isn’t overcrowded, which we loved, and there’s a great variety of delicious food. The staff were outstanding—so helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for kite surfers. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! WIFI is great. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the reception team. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay truly exceptional.

thanks you for your services. Me with my family visited your hotel a week ago and were very pleased with your hospitality. Your hotel given us no room for complaints. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was brought to our room. We did not have to worry about our meals . My wife was very pleased with the room locations and has decided to come here next year as well for a vacation. The recreational facilities at the hotel did not let us be bored, and our children enjoyed it very much as well. We had a great time till our stay lasted. The location is more than perfect, only a 4 minute walk to the beach, while being in the dahab center where everything is available, the bazaar, the food, the groceries and the lovely cafes by the beach. The hospitality with Mr. Nasser was just something out of this world, he is the best, he showed me that he was willing to do anything to make sure my stay was more enjoyable than already was.
