Our experience was flawless. The staff exceeded all expectations in ensuring our comfort and truly made us feel like we belonged. The concierge, who was exceptionally knowledgeable, shared invaluable dining recommendations. On our final night, we returned and were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a room with a view of the lake. We are eagerly anticipating our next visit.

The hotel has everything you want in a luxury stay. The bedroom was well laid out with coffee and tea facilities and a fridge. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom and there’s plenty of storage. I loved the ambient lighting and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for accessing all the sights of Bilbao with the river view and the Guggenheim next door. Lovely bar and seating areas in the hotel with great terrace for enjoying the view. Parking was fun!

Great location, bus/train/metro terminal just below the hotel, so we could easily take public transport for intra-city and the local region. Very nice and cozy room with modern decor, comfortable bed. Good breakfast, and a terrace to sit on (not at the top though). Definately recommend!
