Everything was perfect. Location perfect walking distance from Grotto. Bars and restaurants in area. Airport bus very close. Hotel is very clean and breakfast was excellent. Our room had a beautiful view of the river side.

A special thank you to Andrew at the reception, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for my stay, and to the friendly and kind Severin at the reception, whose attention to detail was remarkable. Brigitte at reception was a true gem—always welcoming, kind, and ready to assist with a smile. Frederick provided outstanding service at the bar, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Tiziana at the restaurant made dining a delight with her exceptional hospitality, and Kristina, who was housekeeping, ensured my room was spotless and cosy throughout my stay. Each of these outstanding individuals added a personal touch that made my visit unforgettable. Their dedication to excellence and genuine guest care sets Hotel Eliseo apart. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by the kindest and sweetest receptionist. He gave us our rooms and explained all about the city and nearby highlights. The rooms were clean and smell amazing. Spacious, modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We had a small balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast is delicious, plenty of food to choose from. Location is perfect, 10 minute walk from the Grotte, 2 minutes away from airport shuttle bus stop, close to restaurants and cafes. We will surely be back!
