We stayed here after going to the football - and the location is a little out the way (not really any eateries or small stores around) but it was so modern, I loved the space. The room, the gym, and the staff were superb. We were lucky to have a room with a view over Anfield.

A luxurious hotel with all needed facilities. We booked a room on the excutive floor and it was breathtaking! Big, soundproof and most important a clean room, with view the Liverpool ferry wheel 🎡! The bed was huge, more than enough for two people, with a big screen to watch movies which are saved on the tv. And the bathroom, stunning! Separated only by a glass from the room and a curtain if you want more privacy! Big wardrobe and iron included! In the room there were wine and a selection of coffee flavours to make, using the coffee machine which is provided in the room! Room service was very good as well with good prices for the food and drinks! Looking forward to book here again!

What a privilege to stay in such a historic building that has been so successfully transformed into a luxury hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large with a great shower. The view from the window was over the dock towards the tobacco warehouse. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good, cheap parking. We enjoyed the Titanic theme.

I liked the location as it was close to my friends and the train station. All of the staff were fantastic, especially the manager Adam. (I believe there’s two so the shorter blonde Adam) Breakfast was outstanding and we ate in the restaurant one evening and that was also outstanding and very reasonably priced for such a high standard of food with very good quality ingredients.

Brilliant location to visit Liverpool and Chester. Train Station is a 10 minute walk away. None of the parking hassles of Liverpool and Chester. Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms clean and functional. Restaurant was excellent with an unusual take on Italian Tapas and represents great value and quality. Large Breakfast menu freshly cooked. No buffet here !
