An amazing place!!! The location is excellent, with all the balconies facing the breathtaking view of the Caucasus Mountains. The staff is lovely and attentive. They are very caring and constantly ensure your needs are met. We felt they genuinely cared and were always trying to help us. We had a great time! Highly recommended

Zani and her colleagues were extremely helpful with everything we needed. We had a medical situation with our Young daughter and they organised for the emergency services to come to the hotel within 5 minutes. They even followed up while we were at the hospital and when we can back. The staff are all friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The room is also very spacious with the most beautiful view of the church on the mountain.

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms, ski-in ski-out. There is a great spa area with a jacuzzi and a sauna which you can rent just for your group. The food at the restaurant is delicious with a variety of Georgian and world dishes, the breakfast is probably the best I ever had at any ski hotel (but I am Russian, so I could be a little biased here, since they serve blini, Russian pancakes, tvorog etc.). Definitely recommended.

Exceptionally cozy hotel placed in great location with serene views. Shops are in 5 minutes walking distance. Steam sauna is perfect after day of hiking and travelling. Staff was warm and welcoming. Filling breakfast.
