Beautiful lounge space downstairs off the lobby with a bar to relax and a great terrace to chill out on with views over Mestia. Easy walking distance to the centre of the village. The staff are wonderful, very accommodating and friendly.

Everything! The location is stunning. From our room we could see the mountains and river. The rooms were light clean spacious and nicely decorated. The best bit of all were the staff Mariam and Nana - never in all our travels have we met two more helpful and kind people. When our hire car broke down they arranged a taxi for us and did all they could to assist us at all hours of the day. They also translated and assisted with the hire company. We genuinely felt they cared about our family and their hospitality will be remembered for years to come. We loved them and the hotel.

Very spacious and modern hotel in the centre of Mestia. The swimming pool was perfect for the kids after a day of skiing. The staff is very kind and helpful, they even arranged for a new tire for our car when we had a puncture! Thank you very much😊
