I have had room `Deluxe Suite with Sea View` with breakfast and dinner included. The room was very comfortable and view from it was just perfect. For breakfast you can choose something already prepared in the main hall or order outside omelette and pancakes. For dinner you can select something from menu (starter and main course) including dessert and salad - this menu is different every day. The food was very delicious and I even had a lunch there. My room was cleaned and also bedclothes were changed every day. They will not do that only if you do not provide access to your room (for example you will stay in your room during cleaning which is usually from the morning till about 3pm, but I am not sure about exact time). What I appreciated that you are able to order any meal from their restaurant menu to your room.

I LOVED everything. The staff was so kind and considerate. They would also go the extra mile. The breakfast was tasty, every single day. The pool and the gym are a big plus. The location is perfect (easy to go to the east and west of the island). Also, it was really clean!

All the food variety was always delicious like 10/10, there was plenty to choose from in every aspect, everything was fresh and so delicious. Everything what's your mind would like to get in your stomach, indeed a feast for the eyes and also the stomach. The personal was very nice and polite. Rooms were clean and the location was perfect. Love Ammoudara.

    Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly and very helpful. Bar and restaurant area were modern and clean with good food - really nice to be around. The pool was beautiful and sunbeds were plentiful as well as four posters. Location is only 10 mins from the Airport. Only there for one night but would have happily stayed for several more.

    My mum and I stayed in this beautiful hotel for 3 nights and we wish we stayed longer! Welcome was excellent, location was great, not far from the city centre, food was amazing and ambience was fantastic! Staff was exceptional who made us feel like at home. Highly recommend, I will definitely return if I travel to Crete again. Thank you :).

    The quality of the food in the main restaurant was excellent and surprisingly authentic. Also a very good system showing food allergens and options for gluten and lactose free diets. And plenty of staff to take care of everything. The beach and gardens were beautiful. And the staff is amazing, very friendly and very professional. The hotel is close to the city center, the bus stops just in front.
