Harmoni One's staff are so fun, the bellman meeting you with a smile and opening the lobby doors with perfect timing, the wonderful front desk staff smiling and knowledgeable, the restaurant staff smiling attentive to every detail. The hotel is magnificent with giant rooftop pool with hot tub and kiddy pool, the gym ready for an excellent workout and then hop in the pool, the kind smiling pool staff providing soft fluffy towels. The ambience and the availability of smoking rooms. The food has a vast variety as well. Staff are friendly though I did make several requests and a few had to be reminded but all in all they did upkeep to my requests. I got to compliment the housekeeping staffs though, I requested for my room to be cleaned up and they done it in front of me within 5 minutes.
