I highly recommend using it, especially during peak season, as the walk from the port to the center can be tiring with heavy bags. Amazing hotel! One of those hotels you will never forget. We were lucky to get a room there when we slightly changed our plans only a month in advance. So we were quite overwhelmed when we learned about being upgraded to a suite upon check in. We had a terrace and an unbelievable ocean view from our bed - clearly an unforgettable experience. The whole staff, whether at the reception, the restaurant or the room service, was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the sleek design - everything was really beautifully decorated. We will definitely visit this hotel again in the future!

Lovely hotel with very good service and wonderful staff. The location is good, central, clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and tasty. We appreciated very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the front desk/ waiters. They were so lovely and provided us with great advice and informations. Beautiful hotel and perfectly clean in every aspect . The staff were charming / efficient and very helpful. Our luggage was collected from and to the Port . Reception organised a Private Car from the Port to take us to Naples Train Stn to catch our train to Florence . Australians travelling with two cases so it was all streamlined and effortless for us .
