From the moment we walked into the hotel and the lovely lady on Reception took our bags to our room whilst we parked the car, we felt very welcome here. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options and the eggs and bacon were cooked freshly to order. Our room was lovely and the good sized balcony had a view over the pool and a side view of the sea. The garden area next to the breakfast dining room was a very nice addition. The nearest beach area to the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk on a winding path down the hillside and the hotel also provide a shuttle bus to a beach area nearer to the main town which we didn't use on this occasion. There is a bar in the hotel and Eric was a great host each evening and was always keen to find out how we had spent our day! My wife injured her ankle walking back to the hotel one evening and Eric provided some ice and the ladies and gentleman on Reception gave us information about the nearest Pharmacy which we were very grateful for. We will, all being well, be back to stay in this hotel again as we were very well looked after.

They kindly let us park our motorcycle around the side of the hotel, which was covered by CCTV. Breakfast was great, a large selection. Nothing was to much trouble and although we didn't use it, the roof top pool looked lovely.

Absolutely everything! It's a hotel you rarely find! The location, the cleanliness, the staff are superlative! A new, modern hotel with a lot of good taste and with all the necessary amenities! The staff were very helpful, courteous and patient. The patio with our room was wonderful giving the room a very spacious feel. We enjoyed the view of the pool and the street below and sat out there relaxing. Fabulous location and the beach facilities and staff were top class. We looked at the local shops where all the retail staff were very kind and helpful. Love Riccione for a regional getaway with friends. Easy access to San Marino which was definitely worth the effort. Excellent artisan ice cream.
