My room had a great view to the forest and trees. At night it seemed quiet, I did not hear the planes as I had expected to, since it is so near to the airport. The room was also spacious and comfortable. The free shuttle to the airport is very convenient.

Even though the hotel is close to the airport it was very quiet in the accomodation. We easily found the free shuttle to the hotel from Narita Airport and got handed the schedule for the shuttle to drive back to the Airport upon arrival so we could choose which one to take. Even though we only spent one night at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and handled the check-in quickly. The room had everything you need for your stay, including a water cooker. The hotel even has to little shops (one of them being a convenience store that also offers basic snacks).

The breakfast buffet had everything. The location is a little way from the airport or any shops but the free shuttle service to/from the airport and to/from the shopping mall is great.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and has been my go-to stay for early morning flights from Narita. The shuttle bus between the hotel and train station and the hotel and airport is just so convenient. Rooms are big and spacious by Japan’s standard, allowing us to properly open and repack our luggage. Bathroom is also spacious. Worth the money paid.
