The hotel was beautiful and the staff so efficient. The room was an excellent size, tastefully furnished and the bed was the most comfortable of the whole trip. Being on top of a shopping mall was a bonus! Also I love the train station proximity. We caught the trams to the castle and city centre, which was easy.

We made a mistake on our arrival date, the staff were wonderful, found rooms for us with no fuss and then helped with dinner booking at nearby restaurant. The private onsen was great and the rooms were very clean and spacious. I would highly reccomend.

The room is awesome, perhaps becuz it's high floor, the tatami flooring is great, room deco looks awesome, the location is not bad as its very near to the castle, and right behind the tram stop, so it's relatively convenient too!

Location is perfect. Central next to streetcar which is connected with the train station. Close to the bus terminal. And in good neighbourhood for restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged reservations for us that could only be done in Japanese.

1. Location is very good, close your the centre, many many restaurants and shops. And the hotel located inside of the shopping mall, and easy to transfer by bus and highway speed bus. 2. The living room is very spacious and luxurious, and had amazing impression when first time checked in . 3. The inside room is super clean and no. Bed smell and with the view of these castle , fantastic! 4.they provides them bath , tooth, lotion etc u pick you in the front desk , very friendly for the tourist! Anyways the Kumamoto is lovely, I had a really amazing time here will definitely come back soonnnnn!!!!

The room we booked was huge : 300+sqft. It has space for two super single beds, sofa set, bathroom with walk in wardrobe concept. So much ancillary space for movement and all. Even have enough cuoboards for storage. Instead of a kettle, the hotel provides water boiler which allows you to control the temperature of the water to be kept at. It is also located so near the station.
