I would like to warmly thank the hotel’s technical team for their prompt and professional intervention in solving the chasse d’eau issue. Despite the difficulty of the repair, they demonstrated great expertise. While observing two technicians, perhaps assisted by the technical manager, I was truly impressed by the way they made the operation look simple—almost like a delicate heart surgery.
