Everything was perfect the service was professional and friendly, we really enjoyed the time here, the room was clean and with european power sockets, that was amazing. Others parts of hotel, restaurants, pools was really nice. Biggest recommendation to this hotel.

The location was amazing, and the area was perfect to relax. The view from the hotel was fantastic, you could see the sea and the main square of the city. The room was super clean, and the best part is Boris, which is super helpful at the reception, assisting with everything you might need.

We were filled with positive reviews from other visitors, according to which I chose this hotel. A nice surprise was that we could choose the type of pillow, I personally prefer a soft one, which I received within a few minutes of reporting to the reception. We received a prompt response from the staff even when we reported that the toilet flush was broken and it was repaired within 30 minutes. Excellent services.

    A very warm welcome from receptionist who went out of her way to give me a quiet room with lovely view over one of the swimming pools. The hotel is stylishly presented and my room was very attractive with a nice modern en-suite. Breakfast was very good. I imagine in the summer the outdoor pools and Cave Bar are wonderful. Great location tucked away but near the bus stops and lovely walk down to the sea. Have already booked another stay for next year. Thank you all!
