The owner Mr. Faheem is a very nice person. The Manager Mr. Abeed was very helpful. The staff was very cooperative. I will say that Ayaan was too good. I enjoyed being with Ayaan. A very emotional and nice Kashmiri guy. On my last day i woke up at 11:30, I asked for breakfast, the owner Mr. Faheem did not refuse. Ayaan quickly prepared my breakfast.

An amazing reception from the concierge, the porter, the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the shower facilities were great. We got extra soft pillows, hot water to the room, and a change of towels whenever we needed. We originally had booked 5 nights at the Royalton, and another 5 nights elsewhere, but we were do happy we stayed at the Royalton for all 10 nights. The general manager went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for more. I almost forgot, breakfast which was included was just lovely, with a few dishes changing every morning, and the staff were super courteous. Another thing I almost forgot about, the food. The in house room service good was next level, and we tried a variety of the Chinese dishes, which I can honestly say I've never had better. If you like soup, I recommend the hot and sour, as you will not regret it. My only regret is not having enough time to meet the chef before we left, and to say a thank you to all the amazing staff, top to bottom.

After 25 days in Pakistan, I believe this is the best place we stayed at . Location is great, room is tidy and comfortable with nice bed and shower. But specially the staff were truthly helpful and kind. They even made us early breakfast for our early departure. Can highly recommend!!!!
