Very friendly helpful staff at reception ( particularly Anna and Beatrice - but in fairness all staff we met were super ). There was a warmth and a genuine desire to make our stay pleasant from the start. Pool is lovely, everything spotless and working, lovely fresh smell in hotel, breakfasts (fruit beautiful) were excellent! Even had spirulina / matcha every type of seed. Pool towels replaced every day and fluffy and new!

This is a great hotel especially based on the location adn the pricing. The room was large and had all the amenities. The staff go above and betond. I accidentally left an item in the hotel room and the team were fantastic at helping get the item returned to me. I would highly recommend this hotel.
